GROTE S/A 530 Slicer. Single Lane Applicator/Slicer. The machine is rated at up to 176 strokes per minute per lane. The unit also bulk slices, stacks and shingles. Maximum slice rate in stack or shingle mode 120 strokes per minute per lane. Set up for a 1/2″ wide band blade. Slicing zone up to 30″ wide, up to a maximum of 6″ slicing stroke. Currently set up for (5) square lanes, includes 30″ wide x 72″ long wire mesh discharge conveyor. Control panel with Mitsubishi GT1055 HMI and MELSEC-FX3u-32M PLC. Utilizes Grote’s Accuband slicing system. The machine is designed to apply toppings, top buns, pizza crusts, trays, and oven belts. Can slice and apply most boneless/non-frozen meat, fish, poultry, cheese, bread products, fruits and vegetables. Is a wash-down unit. Was last running on a fresh sandwich line. 3PH/60hz/208-230V. Conveyor dimensions: 30 ¼” HIGH, 33” WIDE, 72” LONG.
