Brett Newman joined M&M Equipment Corp. after building and selling a successful real estate technology company. Since 2018, he has helped to shape the direction of M&M Equipment and built the M&M Auctions services, always focused on where the food industry is headed and how equipment can better support its evolution.
In addition to leading operations and strategy, Brett serves as the managing auctioneer for M&M Auctions Inc. He works closely with clients during asset recovery and liquidation projects, ensuring every auction is handled with precision, care, and a clear plan for value recovery.
Brett has a deep technical understanding of processing and packaging machinery across multiple categories, and works directly with the team on equipment sourcing, refurbishing, and resale. His hands-on approach and long view of the food economy reflect M&M’s commitment to helping clients adapt, grow, and operate more sustainably.
When not at the office, Brett spends his free time with his wife, Nicole. They enjoy working out, traveling, great food and staying deeply connected to friends and family.
