URSCHEL M Dicer. A two-dimensional vegetable and meat cutter designed for dicing, strip cutting, or shredding a variety of products through a wide range of sizes. This versatile dicing machine, strip-cutter, and shredder is ideally suited for cutting beef, pork, poultry or fish through a wide temperature range from fresh chilled to hot cooked. Infeed thickness of up to 1 inch (25.4mm), Circular knife cuts from 3/16 to 1.5 inches (4.8mm to 38mm), Crosscut knife cuts from 1/8 inch to 3 inches (3.2mm to 76.2mm), STRIP CUTS can be made by removing the crosscut knife spindle. This machine has no cutting parts. Cutting parts are available from the manufacturer and will be quoted upon request. 10-inch wide feed belt. Includes factory stainless steel operator control panel with safety interlock system. USDA food grade construction, including stainless steel cutting spindles, tubular support frame, guards, shrouds, infeed hopper and discharge chute. 5HP drive motor. 208V/230V/3PH/60HZ.
