MEPACO ThermaBlend Cooker

Mepaco Therma Blend 75 Gallon Cooker With Vacuum and CO2 capability. Features Bottom Mounted Indirect and Direct Steam, 120 PSI ASME Coded Jacket. Allen Bradley Touch Screen controls, Internal scrapers and dual end discharge doors, Tub Dimensions: 34″ wide x 38″ long. Pneumatic operated cover. Includes 3HP Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump and 3HP VFD Nord Gear motor. 480V/3Ph/60Hz. Remains in like new condition while , used for test purposes.
