Swiftpack Technocount model TC8 medium speed electronic completely automated with 8 lanes. This machine is designed for precisely counting tablets, capsules, and dragee (up to a maximum diameter of 25mm in counts ranging from 1 to 10,000) into a variety of bottles and containers. The filling rate is customizable and based on the bottle and product properties. A bulk product hopper holds and gradually distributes tablets to a vibratory feeder tray, allowing for regulated and smooth product feeding. In combination with the adjustable hopper gate, the vibratory tray may be changed to modify the pace of product feed. A built-in sieve tray separates any undesired chips or dust, which is subsequently removed by a vacuum take-off.
