GROEN Cook Tank. All stainless steel construction, tube shell heat exchanger designed for 100 WPSI, water circulating pump, stainless steel wire product cooking baskets designed to hold 10 to 12 Lbs. solid meat products, Internal temperature probe with Honeywell chart recorder, 220V/3PH60HZ. Includes Tramco hot water heat exchanger.
