GMC Horizontal Cheese Cutter. Cuts 40# cheese and butter blocks or any wire-cuttable product into uniform pieces prior to packaging or further processing. Accurately portions cheese and butter blocks up to 7″ x 11″ x 14″. Includes Cheese harp configured to cut a block into (8) 3-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ Loafs. Pneumatically operated using 4 CFM at 80 psi. Wire harp is equipped with individual wire tensioners. Capacity to 7″ X 11″ X 14″ 40# cheese blocks. Includes Swivel casters.
