GMC HYDRAUFLAKER. Reduces hard or frozen blocks of meat, poultry & fish for further processing. Ideal cutting temperature is 15 to 25 degrees F. Built in loading table with automatic air operated ram feed system. Adjustable slice blades from 1/32″ to ¼”. Maximum block capacity 10″ x 24″ x 24″. Flakes up to three blocks per minute. 10HP TEFC motor. 460V/3PH/60HZ. Requires 4 CFM at 80 PSI compressed air.
