GMC 2501 Frozen Meat Flaker
Like new GMC 2501 HYDRAUFLAKER. Used to flake slicing of hard or frozen blocks of meat, poultry, fish, fruit, chocolate, vegetables, etc. for further processing. Ideal cutting temperature is 15 to 25 degrees F. but can go down to 0 degrees F. or lower, Built in loading table with automatic air operated ram feed system. Slice blades are adjustable from 1/32″ to ¼” . Flake/Slice varies depending upon meat temperature and ram pressure and speed. Maximum block capacity is up to 10″ Thick x 24″ Wide x 24″ Long, three blocks per minute, 10 HP motor, 230/460/3ph/60Hz. Requires air supply of 4 CFM at 80 PSI .
