Max Lieb joined M&M Equipment Corp. in 2014, bringing nearly a decade of sales leadership experience from the auto industry. As a certified appraiser through the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA), Max plays a key role in overseeing equipment valuations, asset recovery, and strategic sales across the business. He has an intimate and precise understanding of the mechanics, technology and systems of the machinery, making him a veritable textbook of knowledge.
With a strong technical background and hands-on experience in machinery operations, Max is trained in evaluating a wide range of industrial equipment and full-scale facilities. His expertise spans meat processing, industrial packaging, metal detection systems, and emerging sectors like plant-based and cannabis production.
Known for his balanced approach to negotiation and deep knowledge of market trends, Max helps guide the company’s growth while ensuring clients receive accurate appraisals, fair value, and consistent support throughout the sales process.
When he’s not working, Max takes his food machinery skills to another level in his home cooking. A prolific home cook, he enjoys growing his own food in his backyard garden and creates incredible meals for his wife. They love to travel the world, making sure to experience the local food culture by taking cooking classes wherever they go.
