Designed in collaboration with manufacturers of multi-head weighers, the Douglas Machines scale parts washer is designed to quickly and efficiently clean detachable scale parts like weigh and feed buckets, chutes, and feeder pans.

Specialized wash racks can be loaded at the weigh station and transported to the washer for easy cleaning. Douglas Machines’ scale parts washers can be used with a ramp or installed in a pit or mezzanine for floor-level loading/unloading.

Scale Parts Washing Process
Select your wash cycle from a 4, 6, or 8-minute sequence.
Electric, gas, or steam booster heaters warm the water.
Wash water is pumped through rotating spray arms.
High-velocity stainless-steel V jets cut through grime.
The wash cycle ends with a 30-second sanitizing rinse.
The rinse water is routed back into the tank for reuse.
An optional fan vacates the steam before the door opens.
