Vacuum System: includes automatic vacuum facility and vacuum pump 250 m3/h with
hydraulic operated stainless steel cover with plexiglass hatch for observing the cutting process, taking samples or adding ingredients when the lid is closed. AC Motor: 296 HP w/ frequency converter, Touch Control Panel: with 7″ graphic displays for knife shaft speed, temperature, number of
bowl revolutions and time, includes water-proof cover, Unloader on right side, hydraulic operated, including infinitely variable speed of unloader disk with replaceable seal, Electrical equipment: contained in an internal control box which can be swung out for maintenance purposes – includes main switch, Hydraulic operated stainless steel loader for standard 200 liter (400lb) buggies.
