PSG LEE RP-8TZ(30)-WD Washdown Premade Pouch Filler/Sealer. Depending on the pouch and product, the machine can operate at 30 to 50 pouches per minute. The range of pouch sizes is as follows: Width: 6.3″ – 12″ (160mm – 304mm), Length: up to 13.8″ (350mm). Weight Limit: up to 10 kg or 20 lbs. intended for pouches with a zipper seal, stand-up bottom, and gusset. Last used on frozen meat patties in a USDA facility. The machine consists of an eight-station turret for the following functions: #1 pouch pick-up, #2 Hot Stamp coding, #3 zipper opening, #4 pouch bottom opening with pouch present detection, #5 open pouch transfer to fill station with product settler Sixth gas flush, seventh heat seal, eighth seal, quench, and release. Any product filler, including the Luciano product elevator, can be added to the fill station according to its specific needs. 480V/3ph/60Hz.
