Frigoscandia Advantec Impingement Freezer. Designed to crust or solid freeze meat and bakery products. Operates with ammonia, 30 tons @ -40 F., all stainless steel construction including floor, belt drive and insulated enclosure panels. Measuring 27′ long x 12′ wide x 10′ tall with dual 26″ x 72″ man doors. Stainless steel mesh conveyor belt, 49″ wide x 27′, 38″ in-feed and discharge heights, (4) sets of stainless steel coils on each side of the conveyor belt. Includes hot Gas or Water defrost, Belt washer, LVS refrigeration system and Nilfisk PZE M2 automatic foamer system. 480V/3PH/60HZ.
Estimated output of 4-1 hamburger patties at 2,500 Lbs./hour.
