FORMAX Cuber-Perforator. Provides top & Bottom perforations to fresh hamburger patties. Speeds freezing and deliver a faster cooking patty while maintaining more of their original size. Top knife assembly raises to bypass perforation, 16″ wide flat flex stainless steel conveyor belt x 55″ long. 1hp motor with variable speed control, 220V/3PH/60HZ.
