This equipment to be approximately twenty-six (26) containers per minute based on a 24” long case @ 80 feet per minute belt speed. However, the throughput speeds of a semi-automatic machine can only be determined by operator efficiency and the length of time necessary for packing. The product inside the case or void fill material must support all flaps and panels on the cases to be processed. Any void or overfill conditions will result in box jams and/or poor tape application.
