ULTRASOURCE ASP 200 Sausage Peeler

ULTRASOURCE ASP 200 Sausage Peeler. Incorporates a unique blade for cutting without marking sausage. Product water bin easily removable for washing. Air switch and automatic steam system. Sensor for product halting automatically. Automatic height adjustable for different sausage casings between 15 and 34mm. Anti-breakage support roller for peeled casings. Includes built-in Vacuum pump. Mounted to wheels with locking brakes. All stainless steel construction. 220V/3PH/60HZ.
