Urschel 3640 Slant Cutter. Urschel Comitrol 3640 milling machine with 3-inch cutting head and Diocut impeller included, Cut chamber cutting head mounted at a slanted angle to facilitate product in-feed, Tapered infeed hopper 8.5″ front-to-back x 12″ wide and 18″deep. Food grade sanitary stainless steel product contact surfaces, 40 HP with variable speed brake motor drive controller, 460 volt/3 phase/60Hz.
